What are "No Win, No Fee" Accident Claims?

Have you recently been in an accident that you were not at fault for, or have you experienced this within the past three years or so? If so, then you should be aware of the fact that you have both a legal right and a civil right to claim compensation for your suffering in the form of an accident claim lodged against the party who was responsible for the accident. Not only will you be able to claim compensation in your accident claim to handle any pain and suffering that you had to deal with, but you can also claim compensation for any medical costs that you experienced, and any loss of earnings that you were forced to deal with because you could not work.

When it comes to choosing a solicitor for your accident claim, a good idea for you to pursue is a "No win, no fee" solicitor. What this means, is that you will not have to pay a penny in costs when you claim compensation in your accident claim out of your own pocket, unless you actually win your case. The only costs that you will have to pay for are for letters from your doctor that certify the injuries that you sustained and that you will be using in your accident claim in order to claim the compensation that you deserve. If your case does happen to be successful and you receive compensation for your injuries, then your solicitor will claim their legal costs from the other party's insurance and you will receive the full compensation that you claimed.

When it comes to "No win, no fee" accident claims, if your case happens to be unsuccessful, then your solicitor simply will not be compensated. This is why these types of solicitors only take on cases that they believe will have a solid chance of winning, because they do not want to spend time on a case that will not pay. Accident claims are a broad category that make up a number of different types of personal injury accidents, including the following types of accident claims and claims for compensation.

  • Personal Injury Claims
  • Road Traffic Accident Claims
  • Work Accident Claims
  • Slip Trip or Fall Claims
    • Medical Negligence Claims
    • Animal Attack Claims
